Will weight loss make my eyelids sag and droop?

Thank you for your photos. Normal weight loss tends not to significantly affect the amount of fat in the upper eyelids. If you are noticing some sagging and hanging of the eyelids, then an upper blepharoplasty to remove the extra skin and reposition or remove extra fat may help achieve your goals. Hope this helps!

 Massive weight loss such as this does deflate the facial features somewhat, but there many variables that affect the outcome. The fatty deposits in the eyelids do not respond to weight gain or loss. Best to lose the weight first and then reevaluate the need for any  surgery
