Will weight loss make my eyelids sag and droop?

I am 38 and noticing upper my eyelids getting looser and saggier. I have 75 pounds to loose and worried I'll be left with excessive, sagging eyelids hanging over my eyes. Does weight loss affect the eyelids like this and what can I do to prevent it?
