Mixed scars, i think mostly atrophic. Please advise how to make small improvements (I am realistic) with minimally invasive procedures on my face - add some volume and make scars look a bit less obvious especially under harsh lighting. My downtime is very limited and I am not looking into lasers.

Answer: Volume loss with atrophic scars Volume loss is best treated with fillers of fat. Atrophic scars are treated with microneedling(infini), subcision, TCA cross, and punch excisions. One must be realistic about all these treatments since multiple treatments are necessary and results vary. One can only expect a 50% improvement on average.

Answer: Atrophic scars need more than Infini The volume lost with the scars must be replaced with filler. My preference is Bellafill for this which is FDA approved for rolling acne scars. PRP will not fill this in for long term correction. I would also to Infini, subcision, and maybe PRP. It will take multiple treatments to correct.
