I am considering Infini RF microneedling for saggy lower eyelids and large pores, is this the best procedure in my case? (Photo)

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. I prefer the sciton (erbium yag laser) to treat the lower eyelids. It tightens the skin and improves the fine wrinkles. I find that the infini works best for acne and on the neck. In your case, I would use a combination of laser and microneedling. One must he be realistic about all treatment modalities since all only improve the skin issues.

Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I recommended combining microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

Infini is not the best option for saggy eyelids or large pores. It may improve the appearance of the pores but it will not address the issue of sagging eyelids. The best treatment option for that is to consult a cosmetic physican or a plastic surgeon and see what the options are available to you. 

Agree with Dr Emer that the solenoid is stronger with Intensif, I do not think that Infini is the stand out single magic bullet for your problems. Possibly combination of lasers, microneedling RF and PRP - 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart coupled with laser genesis may give you the results you are looking for.
