Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I recommended combining microneedling with prp and lasers to get the best outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

Infini is not the best option for saggy eyelids or large pores. It may improve the appearance of the pores but it will not address the issue of sagging eyelids. The best treatment option for that is to consult a cosmetic physican or a plastic surgeon and see what the options are available to you.
