(39, male) Genioplasty vs Jaw Surgery vs Deep Neck Lift for Jawline Definition?

I’m a 39-year-old male considering improving my jawline and lower face definition and would appreciate expert input on the best approach. I’ve always had this facial structure, and even when I reduced body fat to ~12%, I didn’t see a dramatic improvement in jawline definition or the neck–jaw angle. This makes me think the issue may be more structural than just soft tissue. I’ve also noticed that when I manually move my lower jaw forward (protruding it slightly), my jawline definition and overall profile improve noticeably. This makes me wonder if underlying jaw position or projection is a significant factor. From my photos, do I appear to have: * Chin under-projection that would benefit from genioplasty? * Structural jaw deficiency that might warrant mandibular advancement instead? * Submental fullness or low hyoid/platysma contribution that would be better addressed with a deep neck lift / platysmaplasty? My goals are: * Sharper jawline definition * Improved chin projection and facial harmony * Better neck–jaw angle Questions: 1. Would genioplasty alone likely be sufficient, or would jaw surgery provide a significantly better aesthetic result? 2. Am I a good candidate for a deep neck lift, or would that have limited impact without skeletal changes? 3. In cases like mine, what combination of procedures typically produces the most noticeable improvement? 4. Based on your experience, is this primarily a skeletal issue, soft tissue issue, or a combination? I’m open to c
