Why do I have a gaping "hole" in the middle of my buttocks?

I had a butt/thigh lift 5 days ago. I have a gaping "hole" in the middle of my butt! Can a filler be used to correct this? Will it go away on its own? I feel like there is packing in there but there is none. This cannot be sanitary !
