What is wrong with one of my eyes? (Photo)

Question

One is higher and so is the eyebrow. I tend to get headaches on the side where the eye is higher and the eye bulges and is quite painful during these headaches. Initially I just thought I had asymmetrical eyes but seeing one is quite painful I think it might be something else. Any help is appreciated.

The human face is asymmetric on all people.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fuse in the midline.
Most peoples eyesocket are not horizontally equal.
It is more common for the left eye socket to sit higher in the skull than the right side.
When that’s the case, the brow also sits higher on that side.
This is normal.
 Based on the picture you included your degree of a symmetry is mild.
The asymmetry is unrelated to having headaches or problems with your eyes.
If you have concerns about your eyes, I suggest getting an ophthalmology consultation.
If you’re having problems with headaches, then talk to your primary care doctor, or a headache specialist.
 The mild asymmetry you have is totally normal and very much within one standard deviation.
