Does gaining weight cause bigger under eye bags?

I’ve gained a little weight in my face and stomach but no where else and have noticed my eye bags have gotten huge. Does this have any correlation? Will exercising reduce them at all?

It all depends on severity of the ectropion, if it is mild it usually is resolved by massage and time. sever cases will need surgery.

Considering that you have history of dry eyes I would suggest to wait at least 6-8 weeks after upper blepharoplasty. Delay it as long as your dry eye discomfort is present. Good luck.
