How long after upper eye blepharoplasty can you use Latisse?

Also, I’ve never tried Latisse and have sensitive skin/dry eyes. I’ve only heard of Latisse & this will be my first time trying it. If there are other brands you suggest, or any tips/warnings on how to use an eyelash growth product, please let me know! I’m hoping I can use it because after going through the eye surgery, I’m dreaming of also having pretty eyelashes! Thanks so much!
