2 days post FUE transplant. Can a heavy blast of wind damage my grafts? Airport had heavy blowing vent and it blasted me (Photo)

It is unlikely that there is any damage to the grafts.  After two days they should be secure in the recipient sites and would not be injured by the wind exposure.  Follow your surgeons instruction and you should enjoy a nice result.  Best Regards - Dr. Weiss

Strong wind will not dislodge your graft.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor for a follow up examination.

dazzler2000,Very much doubt that it could! Had the blast dislodged even one graft, you would have had a fresh and active bleed. Be should to protect your transplant for the next four months from prolonged Florida Sun exposure. That is far more likely to damage a hair transplant. All the best,

It is highly unlikely that a few days post procedure a temporary and transient increase in air flow over the grafted area is enough to dislodge or damage newly transplanted follicular units. While I would not recommend repeatedly subjecting fresh grafts to the equivalent of a wind tunnel, I do not believe this is a cause for concern.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon, with experience in hair restoration.

It is difficult to say from the photos, but it is unlikely that a single blast of air could damage the grafts.  We tell our patients that as long as there was no active bleeding, then everything is ok.

No , wind does not harm to grfats at all unless you are in the middle of a hurricane or torpedo ! You may even start to gym, heavy exercises and swimming 2 weeks after the FUE operation. Jogging, running, sauna, cycling etc don't give any harm after 2 weeks of operation . 

No, a single gust from a vent should not be able to pull out your grafts. Wind in general isn't really a concern, assuming you aren't standing in a hurricane or tornado of some kind- but then your hair is probably the least of your worries!

It is highly unlikely that the wind caused any damage to your grafts. If a graft was dislodged, you would have experienced some noticeable bleeding. Grafts are pretty vulnerable those first 5 days, so it is important to take it easy and limit your activity. After about 5 days the grafts are more secure in the recipient site. I would follow your surgeon's postoperative instructions carefully. Good luck
