2.5 weeks post-op I feel my right breast is shaped different and higher than the left. Could this be swelling? (photos)

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2.5 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns. At 2 weeks postoperatively, you are still very early in your healing process. It can take a few weeks for swelling to subside and your final result will not be apparent for several months. Remember, each breast heals at its own rate as a breast augmentation is essentially 2 separate surgeries (one on each breast). I recommend discussing these concerns with your surgeon as well, he or she is best equipped to answer questions regarding your case. Best of luck with your recovery!
 

Hello and congratulations on your recent surgery! It is not uncommon for your implants to heal and drop and two separate rates.   I would recommend contacting your surgeon to discuss implant massage to help even them out.  Best of luck !
