I was a 28A (5ft, 99lbs). I had 325cc silicone round submuscular implants.I am now a big B/small C but my breast looks odd. I feel very uncomfortable and bad in my skin. I had slightly tuberous breasts before with few tissue but I did not expect my boobs to be so far apart. The implants don’t move much around and i can feel them under my armpits after I lay down. What can I do to make it more natural looking? Did I go too big and should I consider downsizing or removing them at once?
Answer: #cleavage after #breastaugmentation with #breastimplants with #PlasticSurgery The presence or absence of cleavage is dictated by where your breast base is positioned on your chest. If you have got a wide distance between your breast bases in the middle, then you would have a wide cleavage even after breast augmentation procedure, although this will be less than before the augmentation. This is because your implants need to be placed under the centre of your breasts (your implants appear to be centered under your nipples). Any attempt to place the implants towards the centre of the chest could result in your nipples being offset and to the sides of your newly augmented breasts. Some surgeons advocate using wide implants to improve cleavage. This will obviously improve cleavage, but you do need to be aware that this will also mean your implants / breasts being prominent in the sides, under your arms. Cleavage is something that matters most in a dress and you will always have a nice cleavage in a bra that brings the augmented breasts together.

Answer: BA results Dear Gregarious600, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 10 days post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. Answer: My breasts are far apart and look unnatural 10d post-op what can I do? You are still very early in the post-op period, so this is not your final result. The implants will soften and your breasts will become mobile. As far as being far apart, the one thing a surgeon can't do is make your breasts closer than they were pre-operatively. Good luck!

Answer: Breasts are far apart 10th day after BA Hi, I think you need to cool down and not to get so much worried. This is the most common look at this stage. Lot of it is surgical (oedema swelling) and will get reduced in first 3 months slowly and tightness will turn into more comfortable skin. Over all look will improve. Any conclusion in your situation should be taken at 6 months post op. For implants too high into the arm fits I advise my patients suing compression strep in the upper half of the breast so that implant slip down little bit during healing. I wish you good luck
