Full Face Milia After Vi Peel 2 Weeks Ago, Can They Be Removed by a Dermatologist or Esthetician? (photo)

I had a VI Peel performed 2 weeks ago. Now I have a full face of what looks to be white heads (milia), is this a normal reaction? Is there a way to balance the pH in my skin? Can they be removed?

I do not feel that peels or laser treatments have much to offer for large pores. The pore opens up below the skin, so even if you resurface the skin the larger pore structure deeper in the skin is not treated. It makes more sense to reduce pores by reducing the activity of the sebaceous or...
