I had a VI Peel performed 2 weeks ago. Now I have a full face of what looks to be white heads (milia), is this a normal reaction? Is there a way to balance the pH in my skin? Can they be removed?

Red bumps are not usually normal following a peel, I would contact your dermatologist or plastic surgeon that preformed the peel and request an appointment for him to see the reaction.
I do not feel that peels or laser treatments have much to offer for large pores. The pore opens up below the skin, so even if you resurface the skin the larger pore structure deeper in the skin is not treated.

You should cleanse all the areas that the peel was applied with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil and contact the office that performed the peel so they can evaluate you in person. Benadryl can help with the itchiness. Some contraindications of the Vi peel are aspirin and phenol allergies. Best...
