Will facial fat transfer address my nasolabial folds and midface sagging? (Photos)

I'm 42, 100lbs. I have deep nasolabial folds these photos don't do justice, and flat cheeks. The whole lower part of my face is saggy, though I don't have much as jowls go. Will facial fat transfer greatly improve these issues? Is an smas facelift too much at this point?
