Undoing fat transfer - Is it possible to remove the fat from sub brow and cheek area without going under full facelift?

I had a lower face and neck lift that I’m happy with. But it was enhanced with fat transfer to my upper face: cheeks, forehead, brows, and sub brow region. As a result, I have a pillow face. My cheeks stick out to the side of the face (skull-like look) and sub brow area transfer makes my eyelids so heavy I have very low brows now and hooded eyes. It looks very manly and distrorts my face. Is it possible to remove the fat from sub brow and cheek area without going under full facelift? And preferably under local? My body reacts very negatively to full anesthesia. My surgeon is very experienced but does not agree with the issues. We have a very different perception of what looks natural, unfortunately. Is micro liposuction a safe option?
