Reverse fat grafting - Will there be a direct scar? (Photos)

Question

How does one reverse fat grafting? I understand it will be encased in scar tissue, so normal liposuction does not work. Steroid injections are unpredictable. I have a pocket of fat grafting in my forehead and my cheeks I need removed. I think it's above the muscles. Will there be a direct scar? Should I get forehead fat removed at the same time, before, or after as my hairline brow lift that will help raise brows and decrease wrinkles, caused by fat grafting?

Unfortunately, unpredictability of fat grafts take is the major issue with this otherwise excellent technique. Lumpiness, irregularities and asymmetry are frequently seen even in the most experienced hands. Liposuction with small cannula, diluted steroid injection and, in some cases, direct excision, maybe be used to correct these deformities. Good luck.
