I have 650 silicon implants under the muscle now. I want fuller larger implants. Can I achieve this without the lift? I want to get 1150 saline under the muscle. The sag and nipple placement I can live with as long as much fuller
Answer: Can I have an implant exchange without a lift? The short answer is yes, you can have an implant exchange without a lift. However based on the limited photo adding a larger implant alone may not give you the look you are wanting. The implants you are considering would be very heavy and may lead to lower hanging breasts. I'm not sure that would give you the "fuller" look you are wanting.

Answer: Breasts Please do not do this. That large size will be much too heavy and large for your frame and tissue, and you will just sag. Plus, that large implant will not stay behind the muscle. You will just overly stretch your own tissue and ruin your breasts. It would be best to go down in size. You might still not be a candidate for a lift depending upon how stretched your tissue is now.

Answer: Lift What would you define as “full?” Fullness is not just about the size of the breast; it is about the shape as well. Generally speaking, “fullness” relates to volume in the upper and lower pole (above and below the nipples.) Since your nipples are located below your breast fold, a lift would be recommended to achieve more volume in the upper pole, thereby improving overall fullness of your breasts.

Answer: BA and breast lift Dear Original367391, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.
