5’4 ,120 lbs. Can a thin person get a BBL?

I am a relatively thin stature/ built person ( 5’4 120 lbs ) and was wondering if it’s even possible for me to get a bbl?

Hello, that is a great question and thank you for asking. Yes, a thinner person can get a BBL, but the result will be subtle, not dramatic. At your height and weight, there is usually limited fat available, so the goal is shape and contour rather than major volume.
This is often called a skinny BBL, and it works best when expectations are realistic and fat is carefully harvested from areas like the abdomen, flanks or thighs.
A consultation is needed to confirm how much fat is available and what result is achievable.

Hello and thank you for your question! Short answer - yes! Longer answer - the total volume/degree of transformation will be limited by how much healthy fat cells we are able to remove from other areas. Usually most people of reasonably healthy weight have some excess fatty tissue in their belly, love handles, and inner thighs. Taking a little bit from multiple areas can add up to "enough" for a lower volume, "skinny" BBL. We can prioritize this volume to your hips or centrally on the gluteus, which along with liposuction of the lower back region can help create a nice "pop" of natural projection. Ultimately, my advice is to seek out an in person consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon to do a exam with your anatomy and guide you on what is achievable!
