You have no option at 1200 cc because implants are not made at that volume.  800 cc may too big for you as well.  Dr. ES

If you have a method of payment, there will be someone who will be willing to perform this procedure for you. There are countless reasons why this is a terrible idea.  

unless you special order your implants and realize all of the problems you will have with your tissues following this procedure.  You may have your 'ideal' for a short time but then you will have issues that will force you to down size and have a lift (with its scarring) to have any decent breast appearance.  Is that really worth it?

Thank you for the question.Although I don't know if you're referring to an implant or fat transfer to the buttocks.In regards the implant, I suggest 800 cc's I couldn't really tell with the picture but I don't believe the 1200 will fit as is.Dr. Campos

Implants available in the US are only available to be up to about 800 cc's.  I do not know how you could get to 1200 cc's.

A staged implant over enlargement is needed. Yes try the 800 cc first, allow 6 months of healing than consider another increase if desired. Or you might use a larger breast expander to slowly increase the stretch effect.
