I'm 1 week post op I had full tummy tuck & lipo my mons area is so painful & it feels so hard when I touch it. It's so swollen how long is going to take to go back as normal size they did remove fat from there & lipo so I though it was going to look a lot better after surg but it looks worst

The swelling should come down over the next 6-8 weeks.  It will eventually look better.  Time will take care of the contour.

In general, you should start seeing reduction in the mons swelling by about one week after surgery.  Your mons swelling should be much better by one month after surgery.  Final healing may take one year. A compression garment or panties may be helpful.

Because of gravity, it is likely that the fluids are pooling at the most dependent area of the body which is your mons. You will need to massage the area and give it enough time for the fluids to get reabsorbed.
