I had a tip plasty 1 month ago. It was a revision. The Dr was suppose to lift my tip. I find my infratip lobule still very large and bulbous, so much that it hides my nostrils. Will it shrink and "lift" once the swelling is gone? I also had a small lump from a piece of cartilage on the left side of my tip that the Dr said he removed, but when I touch it there's still a small hard bump, could this just be swelling?
