Question

I have a very prominent Zygomatic Process and what looks like sunken temples. Is this an accurate assessment? What can be done if anything? Am I doomed to side-swept bangs forever?

The hollowness you are experiencing in your temple area can be corrected with either dermal fillers or fat transfer, which is a more permanent option. I would recommend fat transfer because it consists of harvesting your own healthy fat cells and then grafting the fat to the temporal hollows, which will last much longer. Good luck!

The temple hollowing shown in your photos can be improved with injectable dermal fillers; this treatment is a fairly low downtime procedure with few risks.  Fat grafting and facial implants are more long-term options.  Seek out a consultation with a plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to discuss your treatment options; good luck!

Your hollowed temples can be very effectively treated, changing a concavity to even a convex shape, using subfascial temporal implants in a straightforward one hour surgery. Placed through small incisions back in the temporal hairline the implants are placed on top of the muscle and will augment from the zygomatic arch up to the temporal lines of the forehead. You are a perfect candidate for this form of permanent temporal augmentation surgery.

implants work. HA fillers work there as well and last 2-4 years. I myself would do the latter rather than to have an operation. .
