Can I make my forehead look more like Miranda Kerr's? (Photo)

Question

Is it possible (through bone contouring) to change the slope of my forehead and make it more rounded? Would it be possible for mine to look as rounded as Miranda Kerr's? Also, would I be able to achieve the same hairline as her with simple scalp advancement surgery?

Hi Chanm,Another great question. You are really asking about facial feminization.  This is a specialty of mine and I have developed a number of procedures that help with exactly these issues.  I urge you to do more investigating!

Chanm: You do appear to have a relatively tall and flat forehead as opposed to Miranda's gently backward sloping forehead.  I think you could undergo a conservative trichophytic forehead lift to lower your hairline a little and through that incision your skull could be contoured to be a little more curved but I think it would be hard to achieve a result excatly like Miranda's.  Your surgeon might want a CT scan just to make sure your skull is normal thickness and to see where your frontal sinuses are...this just makes the surgery safer.  Best of luck.  I would be happy to see you here in the Twin Cities, but Jeff Spiegel in Boston has alot of experience with forehead reshaping and could probably help you out.
