I don't understand why this is happening my right breast has dropped and it did the first week but the left is still up high and looks different... I've been reading that massaging doesn't help and if at one month they will stay that way. I hate the way they look but I love having boobs. What do I do?

Answer: Asymmetry after breast augmentation Thank you for your picture. One breast fold is lower than the other fold. This is creating different shape breasts. It would be interesting to see your original before picture. I bet that you had some asymmetry at that point in your nipples. If this is a case the best solution would be to downsize your implant reestablish the original crease so that both creases or even and perform a breast lift on the right breast. This will even out the nipples and give you better breast shape

Answer: Right Implant Bottoming Out From the picture it does appear that the right implant is lower or "bottoming out". Messaging will not help or hurt. The left implant will likely drop further in the next 2-3 months and perhaps you will be symmetric or close to symmetric at that point. Regardless, it would be a bad idea to do anything about it now. You should wait 3-6 months. At that point you and your PS can decide if the difference is too significant. If you make the decision to do a revision, your PS will be revising a final result as opposed to one that is still changing.
