If you observe your baby when he/she laughs, there will be visible lines, although baby face is full of fat. To me your lines are perfectly normal and I do not think that you should do much about it; we want to see lines on the face and around the eyes when animated. Hope this helps.
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Based on your picture, it looks like you could be a good candidate for a facelift (rhytidoplasty, rhytidectomy or meloplasty) which aims to improve the lower two-thirds of the face (plus the neck). The incisions are generally placed inside and around the ears. The procedure rejuvenates the face and neck by removing selected localized fat bulges (e.g. jowls) while resuspending others (the malar fat pads along with the nasolabial folds) and tightening deeper sagging structures (e.g. muscle and connective tissue-SMAS), concluded by a skillful redraping of the skin.Of course, an “in person” exam is necessary. I hope this helps, best of luck !
Fat transfer is not good for treating small, dynamic smile lines. It would most likely create excess, volume with potential lumpiness when you’re not smiling. You could try a conservative approach using fillers, but generally I personally stay away from the cheating dynamic lines, because it may have undesirable consequence when the face is relaxed(not smiling)
Thank you for your photo but it is hard to tell what your concerns are. If you desire more fullness in the face then I would look into fat transfer.
Unfortunately you have a challenging problem for which there is no completely reliable solution. Fat grafting can often help but in general will improve rather than completely fix the line. Malar swelling after facelift can last for many months. I Woukd wait a few more months before proceeding...
Thank you for the photo. Yes, fat transfer can certainly help with facial asymmetry. The results with fat in skilled hands will look very natural and be permanent.
At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
