I had a Facelift 6 months ago. I wanted the Malar fat pad line (not sure if that is what it is called) to be fixed. They are both still there, with the one side being worse than before. Do facelifts not correct this? or do I need a fat transfer to the cheek? I don’t want filler but rather a permanent solution.
