Gyno surgery scars, hypertrophic or keloid? 9 months post op. (photos)

Hello, I had a Gyno surgery about 9 months ago, that included removal of mammary glands and liposuction.. I am worried about the scars as shown in the pictures.. They are not painful or itchy at all, but they are raised and somewhat firm. I did use silicon gel after the surgery but stopped about 2 months ago. They are not growing,but they don't seem to shrink either. Please advise.. Thanks..

Only clinical examination can reveal the nature of the tissue that is causing the deformity (further need for scan possible as well). What you are palpating may just be scar tissue that takes a long time to resolve after an area has been treated with liposuction. If you do need some gland...
