On the same day of my first session of Sclerotherapy, I took Advil 500gr to kill the pain and now I m worried if it is going to cause any sorts of problem..I'd be more than grateful if you answer back.

Answer: Sclerotherapy and Advil Taking advil after sclerotherapy should not cause any problems. I often recommend medications such as this to relieve minor aching or soreness of the treated veins and I have never seen any problems in doing so. We really just advise avoiding these medications BEFORE sclerotherapy so that there is less bruising at the treatment sites. After therapy it is fine.

Answer: Advil and sclerotherapy. Taking advil post sclerotherapy will not affect your treatment in any way. If fact, advil, motrin or ibuprofen are commonly recommended for any post sclerotherapy discomfort.
