How can marionette lines at 23 years old be less visible? Would filler help or deepen on the long-term the creases?

Juvederm Ultra Plus XC will fill the lines.  It will not prevent deepening of the lines, or make the lines worse over the long run.  Make sure that the person injecting the Juvederm is a board certified plastic surgeon. Nurse injectors just do not have enough skill, training, education, or expertise to inject fillers.

I am sure at your age the lines must be very subtle, but regardless if they are bothering you, they certainly can be improved. There are some options for young people. As you mentioned, fillers can help and can reduce this substantially. In my opinion, I do not think that fillers can cause quicker wrinkling. The amount of filler required is very minimal and does not add a significant amount of weight. Another option to consider is radiofrequency skin tightening. This can help, particularly in young people. This will tighten the skin and in some cases can really reduce the wrinkles. I included a very detailed link if you'd like to read more. Long term studies that might show changes in skin injected with hyaluronic acids usually only go until the product is gone.  I do not know of any studies to answer your question, but it does not seem to be true on patients of ours you have used these products for up to 12 years.
