Swollen nose tip after 1 year and 2 month, any solution?

I had 22 years old when the 15 December 2020 my surgeon removed the Lump in my nose, I ask also to have the tip a bit up, but the tip is still very big/ swollen so I am 1 year and 2 month after rhinoplasty and I have not the result I needed. I'm very frustrated, what should I do? My surgeon don't want to inject me Kenacort, and tell me that we need to operate 6 months later if nothing change..but I don't want to. Does Ultherapy can change something if I do it ? Do I have an other solution/option?

In general, people with thin nasal skin like yours may see a final result by 14 months postop. It is unlikely that a Kenalog injection would benefit you at this point. If you are terribly unhappy with the width of your tip, revision rhinoplasty may be necessary, depending on your examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
