Permanent dark under-eye circles after rhinoplasty - advice? (photo)

Hello, I'm making this topic in the hopes that you can offer me some advice. I have permanent dark under-eye circles after rhinoplasty. The surgeon advised me to use a cream that was never given to me. There is no communication anymore, and no one answers my phone calls, so I am on my own. Is there a skin-peeling product that I can purchase in a pharmacy or online? I would very highly value any advice you give me.
