Hello, it has been almost a year since my septo/ rhinoplasty surgery and I still have breathing issues which make it almost impossible to do anything. Throat and diaphragm get tight but once I place finger on nostril to further open it, the tightness in these areas goes away. According to what I'm feeling my doctor added cartilage to my nasal lateral wall which is affecting air from entering. Or it could have to do with the internal nasal valve. Either way I cannot take a full breathe normally.
