Just under 8 weeks post op and I have pressure in the corner lids of my eyes and my forehead feels heavy. Is this normal?

I had septorhinoplasty even though this was not agreed as I went for rhinoplasty. I now have a problem as I went overseas for my surgery and my surgeon does not speak English. I did not know this at the time. I'm now worried because the corner of my eyes feel lifted and My forehead feels heavy. I had a high radix and to me I feel like he has build above it, which is why I feel that my eyes appear and feel different. I do not know who I can speak to. This is really impacting on my mental health.
