Thanks for the question, I have seen that the adapter can slide off of very hairy men, that being said we just make the belt tighter so they don't have to go and shave. I think you will be fine without shaving

Since EMSculpt uses magnetism shaving is not necessary. In fact thin clothes can even stay on as long as they have no metal in them. Very easy procedure.
