I am 62, 5'10" and 167 lbs. I do go to the gym and watch my weight. I now have a small belly but also already have some loose skin from childbirth, which has gotten worse in the last few years. What will happen with the loose skin? Will Emsculpt make it better or worse?

Answer: EMSculpt and Loose Skin EMSculpt is a non-invasive muscle building treatment that can also decrease fat in the treated area. It has no effect on loose skin. If loose skin is your main issue then there are other non-surgical treatments for that. Make sure you see an experienced physician provider for an in-person consultation and evaluation. Best wishes.

Answer: Emsculpt It's not uncommon to have diastasis recti (separation of tissue between abdominal muscles) after giving birth. If the separation is minor, then building muscle mass with Emsculpt will improve the appearance. Keep in mind that Emsculpt is designed to build muscle mass and not tighten excess skin laxity. To tone lax abdominal skin, ThermiTight may be a good option. I recommend a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can determine which procedures are best for you.
