How can I remove the needle mark on my lips from lip fillers?

Its been 2 years now since I got fillers and I have two red marks on my bottom lip thats VERY visible in some lights. I didnt see this concern anywhere online which I found weird. I think its your responsibility as doctors to inform women that this might happen. Now I cant ever go out without lipstick and people always ask me if I have fillers. Is there a way to get this cured?
