What happens with the eyes if the surgeon removes ALL the orbital fat?

So not only the surplus that had to be removed at the fat bags (fat that was present before the surgery) but absolutely everything that there's not fat any more present starting from the eyelid to the cheek and the surroundings at the eyes? What happens if the surgeon doesn't mark the parts to remove before and during the surgery? Does a qualified surgeon knows what the outcome is by doing this? Thank you.
