I have always had one eye heavier looking than the other bit now mid thirties (almost!) it looks worse. I use high end skincare including retinol and vitamin c but those don't make enough difference. Please help point me in real right direction.
Answer: My eyes are very creepy and saggy. Not sure about surgical brow lift yet for you. Try chemical brow lift using botox. However, you would likely benefit from conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty.

Answer: You have severe upper eyelid ptosis. This requires eyelid surgery to repair this. It will open the eyes and clean up the upper eyelids. You need a true aesthetic eyelid specialist for this. Do your homework. Choosing wrong is a big problem.

Answer: Saggy eyes Thank you for your question and submitting your photo. Although some information can be seen from the photo, the most important thing to figure out is what your goals are. What really bothers you and what can be improved. Do you feel like your eyelids are more closed than you would like? Are you more concerned with the wrinkling of the skin between your lashes and your brows. Does the skin under your eyes bother you? Do you have any bags which show up frequently? The answer to these questions will determine what your options are. In this single shot, it appears that you do have some ptosis or actually drooping of the eyelid. The right side is more visible than the left. After determining the cause, a surgery is often necessary to correct this. This usually deals with the muscle which causes lifting of the eyelid. Excess skin and wrinkling on the upper eyelid can be removed and skin texture on the lower eyelid can be improved with laser treatment or chemical peeling. Please consult with a qualified surgeon to get properly diagnosed and given treatment options. Good luck

Answer: Eyelids Thank you for posting a picture of your concern. It looks like you would benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty. I would suggest following up with an Oculofacial plastic surgeon for a consult to discuss all of your options.

Answer: Rejevenation options for the eyelids and brow. Great question. Thanks for your photo. Daily use of Retinols is certainly important. Dysport/Botox may help you some with the dynamic wrinkles of your frown lines. Intensif Radio-frequency Micro needling w/ PRP may have a place in your treatment of your skin texture. If, however, you are considering a more dramatic rejuvenation, a transfollicular brow lift, conservative upper eyelid lift, and CO2 fractional laser treatment would delivery beautifying results. Certainly all of the above mentioned treatments would need to be discussed in consultation with board-certified facial plastic surgeon or other board-certified facial cosmetic specialist. I hope this helps a bit.
