I think you look completely normal. Your nipple is above the base of the breast, they are just large enough to still have some tissue below the breast fold as well. A lift could make them look perkier, but the trade off will be a scar. Good luck!

Thank you for your question.Your Breast are large, and look quite natural for their size. Some ptosis is natural with this size, but your ptosis is not out of the ordinary. If you want perkier breast, a lift with some reduction will be required. If you are happy with your size, I would not recommend this procedure. All The Best!

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the only permanent solution to "saggy" breasts would be breast augmentation (a lift/reduction would make them "perkier.") It is quite natural for large breasts to sag under their own weight, regardless of your age.Unfortunately the only permanent solution to reduce their sagging or size is Surgery, however your Plastic Surgeon will have recommendations to treat your incisions post op and fade them out as light as possible. Many patients with beautiful lift or reduction results feel that the faint scars are a worthwhile trade. Hello linalolo. Thanks for your question and photo. I do not know of any non-surgical methods to lift a breast once it has become saggy. Breast lift and implants is a tried and true method. larger bust. The sagging is caused by heavy breast tissue stretching the skin.
Unfortunately the only way to drastically improve the appearance of your
breasts and make them perkier is via a breast reduction or mastopexy (breast
lift), both of which come with some scarring. Advanced surgical techniques, like the Le Jour or 'lollipop' method, allow
patients to get away with less scarring, and the technologies we use in our

You have a large breast that has a totally normal and natural appearance. You do not NEED anything done. If you want to try to change the appearance of your breast, then a lift would help. But remember, all scars are permanent. Good luck and be well.

Thank you for your question.  You have very natural normal large breasts.  Because of the weight of the large breasts they do tend to sag.  In my experience only a breast lift and possible reduction will make him perkier.N a breast lift is carefully and properly done after 6-7 months the scars to turn to a natural color and most patients are not bothered by the scars.
