Answer: I can't do a breast lift, any other options. Hello linalolo. Thanks for your question and photo. I do not know of any non-surgical methods to lift a breast once it has become saggy. Breast lift and implants is a tried and true method. If the scars scare you then consider a product called Embrace. It has worked very nicely to enhance the appearance of the scars in my practice. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO.

Answer: Are my boobs are saggy or is this how big boobs normally look? Hi linalolo, Your breasts look very normal for a woman with a larger bust. The sagging is caused by heavy breast tissue stretching the skin. Unfortunately the only way to drastically improve the appearance of your breasts and make them perkier is via a breast reduction or mastopexy (breast lift), both of which come with some scarring. Advanced surgical techniques, like the Le Jour or 'lollipop' method, allow patients to get away with less scarring, and the technologies we use in our practice like Fraxel laser, helps to improve scar appearance post-surgery. I would advise you to be wearing a very supportive sports bra at all times. All the best,Craig
