My breast are 34C and extremely saggy. I'm getting a lift and Implant. Is this a good idea?

Hello YouYouYou. A combination breast lift and implants is a great surgery. The breast implants will give you more roundness at the top of the breasts or upper pole. Without breast implants, you're not likely to get the upper pole fullness and cleavage most patients are seeking. You can have a variety of breast implant sizes for you case and can choose how "full" of a D/DD you want.  Best, Dr. ALDO.

Your goals sound on target and reasonable. You would not have to be a D/DD. Many mastopexy procedures or lifts actually tighten the soft tissue envelope of the breast. So, using an implant with a lift helps maintain current size, or slightly bigger...while placing the nipple bacl into a very perky position. Good luck and be well.

Your plan all sounds reasonable but as to specific implant size and results...that takes an examintaion.
