Is it safe to take anti fungal meds when going in for breast augumentation surgery?

The medication is terbinafine and I started taking it about two weeks ago. I need to take it for 3 months. Can I still have my surgery in July?

I typically do a breast reduction of the sagging breast tissue in addition to a breast lift - this can be combined with breast augmentation to reshape the breast into a less saggy and more attractive composite.

Thanks for your question. I would not be too worried at this point post-op. The final result of a breast augmentation is normally apparent 3 months after surgery. I would recommend speaking to your surgeon and seeking his advice.All the best,Dr. JSB
