Both are hyaluronic acid fillers used to provide volume for the face. Each Doctor will have their preferred filler for certain treatment areas. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results with fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
Both Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Ultra XC are hyaluronic acid based fillers. Restylane Lyft is more viscous and has a higher lift capacity making it ideal for use when correcting age related volume loss in the midface/cheeks. It's also great for treatment areas of bone loss such as along the jawline. Restylane Lyft will usually last longer then Juvederm Ultra XC.
If you compare these two the Restylane Lyft lasts much longer, is very viscous but also very elastic. Its longevity is at least as good, and frequently better, than the most viscous form of Juvederm - Voluma.Juvederm XC is much thinner, lasts very few months in majority of patients and is inadequate for volume replacement. Left can be used for nearly all deficits, including lips! Good luck!
Besides besides being biochemically and physically different Lyft has much hardier microspheres of hyaluronic acid which make the product last longer when injected in the face. Many patients report lift lasting for years unlike Juvederm which will last on the average 6 to 9 months. Good luck from New York City

Hello. Glad to hear you’re happy with your results! It doesn’t sound like you have anything to worry about. JUVÉDERM® can last up to 12 months in the lips, so it’s not out of the ordinary that your results haven’t completely faded away just yet. I would suggest waiting until you notice a visible...
Juvéderm, or any hyaluronic acid filler, when injected correctly into the nasolabial folds, should not migrate into the upper lip. It is possible that filler in the nasolabial fold can cause the upper lip to look heavier in comparison to the midface however. It is important to keep ...
