I’m a 59 year old female that avoids smiling in photos. The wrinkles around my eyes when smiling look hideous. What procedure would help the most?

Wrinkling around the eyes when smiling is frequently treated with Botox.  Botox for the frown lines and bunny lines along the side of the nose.  Botox is temporary and lasts on average 3-4 months.

Those awful bunched up creases on the side of the nose are what we call bunny nose creases and respond to the neuro modulators really well such as Daxyy, Jeauvea, etc... A little filler should go into the glabella creases also.

Relax, we've been treating these kinds of smile-related (I.e. dynamic) wrinkles successfully with Botox for several decades already .
