I even got some dissolved a few months ago but it’s still kinda bulgy / shiny in certain lighting . It’s making me very self conscious and I’m not sure what to do next . My current injector said that’s why she refuses to do under eyes because it always ends up looking bad almost every time .., is there anything I can do to fix it that isn’t surgery ?

Answer: Under eye filler Return to your injector to ensure that all of the filler has been dissolved. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts achieve this. To help improve skin tone and texture you can explore Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Consider A Nonsurgical HA Filler Cheek Augmentation For Improving Under-Eye Bags From the photos provided, it is difficult to say for sure. However, there does appear to be some volume deficit in the mid cheeks as evidenced by the incipient presence of the smile lines to the sides of the nose. If this is indeed so, then the skillful use of a robust HA volumzing filler to augment the mid-cheeks (which are a major structural support for the under-eyes, would likely smooth the transition between the cheeks and the under-eyes and mask the current bulges. You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
