Linear skin marks after tummy tuck with slightly raised texture, do you have an idea what this is? (Photo)

About 5 months after my procedure in May 2022 I started to feel a rough patch above my belly button. It has now been 2 years since drainless tummy tuck and they have grown upwards- forming lines. Texture is slightly raised. I have noticed they darken as I get closer to my period and then almost go away once it starts, only to begin coming back immediately. My PS along with 2 different dermatologists have looked at it and can give me no answers. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Hi, first of all let me just say that you look great! Congratulations on leading a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately it is common to have some of these asymmetries, or uneven lines after surgery. They can be difficult to correct without completely redoing the abdominoplasty.
