I am 39 5”2 and 110 pounds. I had a tummy tuck and diastatis recti correction.After 3 pregnancy had loose skin and muscle separation. I am 9 months post op and noticed Center line in abdomen is crooked. It curves to my right side. Has anyone else experienced this. My PS says it’s just how I healed.

I agree with your surgeon, the upper abdominal skin is thicker than what is below, so that's why it can "bulge" over the top of the incision. Liposuction is a nice tool to improve it.

Most likely you have done tight scar tissue that is causing the problem. Surgery may be the answer concentrating on where the pain is and physical findings of any tenderness in the area.
