I had a drainless tummy tuck 9 months ago. I have a large bulge on my left side that is not a swollen area. I know it takes up to a year for everything to settle but this is not budging. I have 2 pea sized lumps on my scar further along that you can’t see but can definitely feel. The surgeon said that the lumps weere my body rejecting the sutures. He said the lump was where he had pulled it tight and would lipo that area at a future time. Does this look like that?

Thank you for the photos. A tummy tuck addresses all these problems- the loose skin (the part hanging forward but often even more skin is removed), the excess fat of the midsection and flanks, and the abdominal muscle/fascial separation and stretching are all repaired, resulting in restoring...
Most likely you have done tight scar tissue that is causing the problem. Surgery may be the answer concentrating on where the pain is and physical findings of any tenderness in the area.
NO posted photos to review so no way to advise. Maybe virtual consult with… might allow a determination or even better in person consult. The drainless TT with mesh really not good idea but also the amount of ski. Removed might be an issue.
