I previously had an upper blepharoplasty and it didn’t yield my desired results. I believe my brows are too low to my eyes and a brow lift would give my desired results. Please advise. If a brow lift is recommended, which type is recommended.
Answer: Woukd brow lift give desired result? Previous blepharoplasty did not give desired result. I agree that a brow lift would increase the space between your eyelid crease and brow and open up the appearance of your eyes. A temporal brow lift combined with an approach through the upper eyelid would in my experience give you the best combination of minimal incisions , no long term sensory changes and a natural shape and overall appearance. Be sure and review before and after pictures with your potential surgeon and get more than one opinion.

Answer: Definitely! Hello from Istanbul! Based on your description and pictures, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a brow lift. A brow lift can effectively address the remaining excess skin near the outer corners of your eyelids and elevate your brows to a more youthful position, creating a well-rested look. The specific type of brow lift that would be best for you can be determined during an in-person consultation for a more thorough evaluation. Wishing you all the best on your journey!

Answer: Am I a good candidate for a brow lift? Hello @Adventurous833044, thank you for your question. The eyebrow lift is the elevation of the lateral part of the eyebrows. It is a procedure that aims to directly address the flaccidity that the aging process presents. This is not about changing the features of the patient, but about enhancing the patient's features. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons for more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez, MD FACS. Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
