I am trying to get an idea of which procedure would better achieve my aesthetic goals. I dislike the wrinkling and size of my forehead (it is about 4 and 1/2 fingers) but I also dislike the small amount of sagging in my eyelids that just makes me look tired.
Answer: Options for you Hi! First of all, you look beautiful and I personally don't think you need any kind of plastic surgery. That being said, to treat the wrinkling of the forehead you would need to get regular botox to the frontalis muscle. If you think the forehead is too tall, my suggestion might be to consider a forehead reduction surgery concurrent with the browlift (basically advancing the hairline and lifting brow) this would allow you to address two concerns at once. I don't think you need an upper bleph. Good luck!

Answer: Endoscopic browlift would likely remove ptosis from the eyelids hello, The good news is that your photos do not really show the things you mention! In other words you probably do not need any surgery. However, if these symptoms continue to exist and get worse, the Endoscopic Brow lift is likely for you. This is because it will also remove mild ptosis on the upper eyelids. Check out my video below where I talk about the two procedures. This is one of our most popular procedures! Answer: Aesthetic Goals I would recommend a hairline advancement/browlift with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This will shorten the forehead, lift the brows, and then remove the excess upper eyelid skin. I would highly recommend seeing well-trained trained plastic surgeon, ideally with at least of 6 years integrated plastic surgery training followed by an accredited aesthetic surgery fellowship. I highly recommend finding one of those if possible.

Answer: Brow Lift versus Blepharoplasty Hello, hope you are well. You should consider forehead reduction (also known as scalp or hairline advancement) with a brow lift. With a carefully designed surgery, your hairline can be lowered and your brows can be elevated. This would likely resolve the small amount of sagging in the upper eyelids that you notice (you can test by applying a little upward traction on your eyebrows). Based on what I can see in your photos, I would not suggest an upper blepharoplasty. The aforementioned procedures would be a very effective way to accomplish your goals. Best,Dr. Tower

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
