I was born with a very low brow and it runs in my family. I subconsciously and automatically hold my brow up with my frontalis muscle. This is causing me painful tension headaches and deep wrinkles in my forehead (I’m only 33). Botox is no help, as it drops my brow so low it actually affects my vision. Is it possible for an endoscopic brow lift to fix this? If not, is there a type of brow lift that can?
Answer: Brow I would recommend a browlift with designed incision at the hairline. You need to reduce the amount of skin in the forehead and lift the brow. The issues with the endoscopic lift is minimal skin removal and minimal lift.

Answer: Forehead/brow lift It is obvious that your frontalis muscle is straining and creating deep horizontal wrinkles; I am surprised that Btx did not help; properly delivered it should be able to lift your eyebrows rather than drop it? However, brow lift with reduction of strong corrugator/procerrus muscles would be appropriate treatment. Eyelid ptosis should be ruled out since it may be the cause of your frontalis strain? Endoscopic or open (hairline) brow lift should be considered since your forehed does not seem to be low. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this technique, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Forehead Lines / Wrinkles -- Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin/Jeuveau), Fillers (Belotero) + Lasers/Microneedling/PRP Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Can an endoscopic brow lift correct deep horizontal forhead lines Deep horizontal forehead lines are corrected only through a coronal approach forehead lift with the incision placed behind the hairline. The frontalis muscle is softened. The corrugator or "scowling" muscle can also be softened as well as lifting the height of your eyebrows and adjusting eyebrow asymmetries, since your right eyebrow is lower than your left
