Dry eyes from endoscopic brow lift?

Hi, I already have dry eyes from previous accutane use and wonder if an endoscopic brow lift could make my eyes worse. I have never had any surgery done before and I don’t want a too dramatic lift. But even so, could this procedure possibly interact with my tear glands or can one have a bad reaction to the endontine implants making my already dry eyes worse? Is it even possible to have a bad reaction to the endontine implantats? Thank you for your help.

I would recommend a browlift with designed incision at the hairline. You need to reduce the amount of skin in the forehead and lift the brow. The issues with the endoscopic lift is minimal skin removal and minimal lift.

Only when your scar and result is mature (1-1,5 years after injury) you should consider reconstruction. That will, most likely, involve brow lift on one side and brow lowering on the other. Scar management should be your mayor concern right now. Hope this helps.
